Hello!

Just thought I would let you know our first few days have gone wonderfully with our new little girl.  We named her LULU.  She's adorable, and spoiled already.  The adjustment is going really well.  She's pottying on the puppy pads already.  Of course I had to make the trip to Target for puppy supplies!  A friend of mine told me Target has "designer" toys, etc....................OMG!!!  So, I had to get her the DIVA bed, pink purse toy, pink phone, rubber GIANT pink diamond ring, etc..........you get the idea!!!

I am taking LULU to her vet tomorrow for a meet and greet, and puppy exam.  My vet would like the following info if possible.  Birthdates, which is 12/15/2007, right?  Breed of mother and breed of father, and approx size of each.  He charts growth and always likes the background of the parents.  What puppy shots, and worming has LULU had?  And, any health concerns from first puppy check, and have the parents had any health problems?

If you could get back to me as soon as possible, it would be appreciated!  Thanks so much again for meeting me on such a COLD day!  ......................you do a great job on your site.  It has alot of path options from an internet stand point.  I work intensely here at the U with computer programming for our payroll, benefits, etc..............!!!  Your site is very accessible to anyone out there looking for shorkies and particularly "shorkie-poos"!!

Thanks again, and look forward to hearing from you.  I will send pics soon!

Carla

Keep in touch...................................I'll be sending pics as LULU grows!!

         Hi Mackenzie,

LULU is doing well.  You would not believe how cute she has gotten!  Completely paper trained, which is nice!  Waiting for nice weather to break, then she can go outside.  She has one more worming this Friday and the vet will weigh her again.  Her first vet check was great.  She's very healthy.  Thank you for that.  I'll keep you posted.

She's spoiled rotten and follows us all around the house.  We have to be careful not to step on her.  I'm enrolling her in puppy/obedience classes in May.  I missed the deadline for this round.  I've taken "oodles" of pictures, and will have to get them loaded so I can send some to you.  Her hair hasn't grown too much yet which is nice.  Actually, Mackenzie, she still looks like she did when we bought her.  She's just a little bigger!

This is the coolest part.  Did you know they have a line of clothes for dogs at Wal-Mart called LULU PINK???  Isn't that hilarious?  I've already gotten her a couple of dresses and some scarves!!  You have to remember I'm 52, and a grandma!  When I shop, I shop for my grandkids.  And now my puppy too!

Take care, and thanks for checking.

Hi!  Annie is awesome!  She's the snuggliest baby I've ever known.  She does have her ornery moments, but she's a great puppy!  She sleeps with my husband and I every night, unless Carissa (my two year old) gets dibs on her.  I'll try to send you pictures tonight, so you can see how she's grown.  (She hasn't gotten too much bigger!) Take care, and keep checkin' on us!

She is such a sweetie! I was just wondering what shots I have to get her.
I have never had a new puppy so I'm not really sure. Has she had any
shots?
Thanks so much, everyone loves her!

We absolutely love her, Layla!  She is such a sweetheart... so mellow, calm, quiet, cuddly, gentle.... she is perfect! :) Thank you so much!  She is going to be one spoiled little girl... :)

Few questions I thought of... when is her date of birth so we can celebrate it?

How much and how often did you feed her?  She was really hungry last night when we first got home, but today she wasn't as hungry.  She went to work with me today so we could show her off. :)  She seems very happy and comfortable with us... we will love her so much.  I will send some pictures of her as she gets older.  She is sleeping on her little couch/bed next to me on our couch right now... :)

It was the cutest thing, I gave her a bath last night, because she smelled a little like poo (from her long ride).  I ran the bath water and filled it a little, and put her in it... I figured this would be a test... of the future... she surprised me!  She got in and just laid down as I washed her! She was so easy! :)

She didn't make any messes during the night, and sleep all night.  I woke her up at 4am to take her to the garage to go bathroom, even though she wasn't whining.  (It was so windy here last night and today about 50 mph so we are using the garage for now.) She went pee almost as soon as I put her down, and I put her back to bed and she fell back to sleep, I told my boyfriend that we have the best puppy in the world! :)

We did end up getting that duplex apartment that allows little dogs, so we will be moving into it this weekend, for now we are watching her very closely so she doesn't mess in this place.. :)

Once again thank you for breeding and giving so much care for our new little one...

Hi!!!
Brutus is happy and adjusting to life in Colorado. He is soooooo adorable and loveable. He is really becoming playful and as Tim says, he is tough for his size. I do need to ask you when he received his last set of shots. We are set up to go to the vet April 12. She said that he will be around 16 weeks and will be ready for his rabies vaccine at that time. She was just asking if I knew when he received his shots. Also, do you have any tips on how to get him to go potty outside? He will hold it until he gets inside on his puppy pad. Don't get me wrong, I love that he knows where to go potty at, but I am trying to teach him the outdoors thing too. Just let me know if you have any tricks. And again, thank you so much for my little bundle of joy. I will be sending you pictures of him from home so you can see how much he is growing.

Thanks Again
Bernadette

Attached are two new photos of Piper.  Yes, named Piper Jo - PJ for short.  She is a sweetheart and we are totally enjoying her company.

Only one question:  Do you train your pups on a potty pad?  She is so cute - we can take her outside and she goes EVERY TIME…….but of course she forgets to let us know always - ha!  She just appears to be somewhat "trained" already - which is amazing at such a young age!

Her teeth appear to be coming in and she LOVES to chew.  She loves her toys and really enjoys playing.  Sleeps well - doesn't get up during the night and is kenneled.

She weighs 1 lb. 6 oz.  (we thought 2 lbs. 6 oz. when we were at your place) - but vet states only 1 lb. 6 oz.  But eats VERY well and is growing fast.

Hope you enjoy the pictures.  We will send more as she grows.  Thanks so much for an adorable friend!  We love her already!

Hi there!

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Sadie is WONDERFUL!!!  She is by far the best dog we have ever had in terms of temperament.  She is so laid back and so easy.  She was crate trained almost immediately - loves her crate.  She doesn't stay in it much because I work from home but whenever we do leave her she goes right in and frequently goes in to nap, etc.  She prefers it to her little bed!

She has taken to our closet - it's pretty funny.  She loves to sleep in the laundry baskets, etc.  She goes in there every night to sleep, I can't get her to get in the bed with us!  But around 4:00 am she whimpers at the side of the bed and wants to snuggle with us.

She loves all dogs....she's so friendly.  Within a week of having her we introduced her to my mom's 3 maltese and beagle mix and also my grandparents 100lb golden retriever.  She isn't scared of anything!

I've attached some picutres - she's going to the vet next tuesday to get fixed and so we will know how much she weighs but I'm thinking it's between 4-4.5 lbs.

She is a joy and we love her so much!  I have a friend who is interested in getting her own Sadie from you.  Will you have yorkiepoos in the near future??

Thanks for checking in - tell your dad hello and how Sadie is doing.  He told me that she was his favorite :-)

Hi,

This is Anne Moore, I bought a puppy from yall back in August. We named him Shorty and he is just a ball of fun. We love him so much and couldn't imagine life without him. He is so precious, his coloring is beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for any better. I'm attaching some pictures so you can see how much he has grown. We went to the vet on monday and he weighed 8.9 lbs, I think he's gonna be a big boy!! We are in Illinois right now but have been back to our home in Texas. He loves both places. Thanks again for the great puppy.

Sincerely,
Anne, Scotty and Shorty
